Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to tldl.fm. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to the Pro tier.
1. Subscriptions
tldl.fm Pro is available as a monthly or annual recurring subscription. Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current subscription price, until you cancel.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@tldl.fm. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to all Pro features until the end of the period for which you have paid. We do not charge any cancellation fees.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. Your account and data will remain active under the free tier following cancellation. To delete your account entirely, use the account deletion option in your settings or contact us.
3. Refunds — General Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months or years of unused service.
However, we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
- You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, charge after cancellation).
- A significant service outage or technical failure prevented you from accessing core Pro features for a material portion of a paid period.
- You contact us within 7 days of a charge with a reasonable explanation.
Refund requests outside these circumstances are considered at our discretion. To request a refund, contact support@tldl.fm with your account email, the amount charged, the date of charge, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
4. European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period"), subject to the following:
At the time of purchase, you will be asked to explicitly acknowledge and agree that: (a) the Service begins immediately upon confirmation of your subscription, and (b) by agreeing to immediate commencement, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once you have accessed any Pro features.
If you have not accessed any Pro features and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, contact us at support@tldl.fm and we will process a full refund within 14 days.
If you have accessed Pro features within the 14-day period and have consented to waiver at checkout, the right of withdrawal does not apply and the general refund policy above governs.
5. Free Trial (if applicable)
If we offer a free trial period for the Pro tier, no charge is made during the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged at the applicable rate.
6. Price Changes
If we increase the subscription price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Your renewal after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before the renewal date and will not be charged at the new rate.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first at support@tldl.fm — most billing issues can be resolved quickly.
